About Us

Our History

The Trout building has been a Redmond landmark since its raising in 1976 when George Trout constructed the space for Trout Realty. Since then it has been passed down to Rob and Linda Trout, and subsequently to George's Grandson Jason Trout. Jason has been working to modernize the space and open its availability to local businesses and entrepreneurs, carrying on the building's legacy.

Our Community

The Trout family has been passionate about small business success and the local Central Oregon Community for over 50 years and this passion continues in the opening of Trout Building for office rentals. With a prime location on Highland Ave the building offers accessibility, exposure, and amenities for local professionals seeking a personalized workspace and a business community to call home.

Our Offering

Through a variety of private professional offices and shared spaces, the Trout Building seeks to offer a comfortable, professional, and inspirational space where business owners and employees can focus, innovate, and achieve their goals.  We offer private office rentals with monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and annual memberships. Every membership includes our full array of shared amenities.
